Trust in Nature's Choice

Sit beneath the winds mercy,It’s judgement defines what is blown,The dead skin from a body unscrubbed,Skin, whitened from the day’s passers-by.

Think under orange sunsets that know only rotation,Day’s breaker the only consistency,Under eye’s metronomic tick, beats longer with the night’s age.Turning clock’s hour, but not the season.Trust in the laws we follow each day,The laws that keep our feet planted, toes sunk in soil.

Find intimacy in the nights clarity,Not in the moon’s eye covered by air’s moisture,But the clarity given, by eyes shut, waiting for sun’s to pry open.Rising no matter who is risen, and who is Rose.

Howl under the times passed,Under the days fleeting escape, slipping between ashes palms and tight souls,The soil breaks memories apart from the rises and falls,Pacing defined by dirt’s content.

Tie a rope to the moons chin,And never see day’s break,As the waves. Under moon’s command.
